Global Customs is the seller/Seller. The person paying the invoice/buying the items is the buyer/Buyer.
By making the payment (or partial payment), the buyer indemnifies the seller from any and all liability from/of the parts/items/products/anything purchased or sold. Further, the buyer indemnifies the seller from any 2nd or 3rd party liability (from personal or commercial use) that may arise from installing these parts to do an interior renovation/conversion and thereupon using the bus for personal or commercial use. The buyer is solely responsible for inspecting the parts & their installation before using them for commercial or private use.
DIY Bus/Van Kits: The seller can give recommendations on the installation of the kit at customer's request; this does not make the seller liable for any/all installation-related incidents, any incidents from the kit itself, or/and incidents that may arise before, during, and after the installation. The buyer must hire certified installers only to install the kit, which should be people certified with NHTSA and other certification bodies. It's solely the buyer's responsibility to check if all DOT, NHTSA, and other state, city, county, and any/all other relevant regulations and standards are met. If some or many DOT & NHTSA standards are not met, it's the buyer's responsibility to make necessary changes or not use certain or all parts of the kit. The buyer fully indemnifies the seller from any/all liability that may arise from the kit, the installation of the kit, or from any usage of the kit in a home or any automobile for commercial or private usage.
Seat covers & upholstery: The buyer will inspect the parts or/and seat covers or/and upholstery or/and anything ordered via a video call before the product is shipped. The buyer can ask for changes if they deem that changes are needed upon inspecting the covers over the video call. The seller will record this video as proof that the buyer fully accepts the quality and quantity of the item purchased. After inspecting the quality and quantity of the item/s, the buyer indemnifies their right to be dissatisfied and file for refunds for the quality. The buyer/s can file for any shipping-related issues directly with the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Even though the items can usually be delivered within 20-30 days from the payment date, the seller reserves the right to deliver the item/s within 90 days from the day of purchase. The seller will not be liable for any delays caused by the shipping company. The seller will not be responsible for any delays caused by Force Majeure events in the country of production or/and in the U.S. The covers will be marked on the back of the product/item/s/seat-covers as OK plus the company's (the buyer's) name's initial. The marking will ensure the customer gets the exact items ordered and inspected via the video call.
If a dispute may still arise, the buyer agrees to go into arbitration only to resolve the matter. In case a legal authority deems that a suit might be filed in a court, the jurisdiction of West Sacramento courts and California courts will solely apply. By paying or using this site, the buyer fully accepts the terms of this agreement
